Sandisk mini SD storage question?
I wish to record 100 megabit 4K videos on a camcorder and store the videos temporarily on a few mini 1TB SDs during a trip. Do I need to buy a couple expensive extreme pro mini SDs just for storing video recordings on after they’ve already been written to the proper 4K-appropriate extreme pro mini SD or can the simple Ultra version normally meant for standard HD recordings be used for storing 4K videos without issues or affecting the quality?

No problems with storage, but prpbabl;y you won't be able to play direct from the slower cards

You could store your videos on tablets of stone - it would just take a very long time to do it! More modern media have higher data transfer rates, and they're physicaly and electronically more robust, but they all just store strings of 1s and 0s. Once you've got your recording you can transfer those 1s and 0s to any medium you choose with no loss of quality. If your file transfer system allows you to check the copies' accuracy / integrity I'd use it, but there's no cause for concern.
