We should make a habit of sleeping in our undergarments it's scientifically proven fact that the loose clothes during night time helps relax and we should not feel like we have been wrapped around by something tight.

Depends on the time of year. My state runs hot and cold. In the winter, it's t-shirt and PJ bottoms. In the summer it's boxer shorts only.
