Will lowering cholesterol help me feel better in anyway?

    Made no difference to me, although I was not overweight.

    Avoid animal fat and switch to plant based fat.

    Yes.  You can brag about your low reading and make other fat people feel ashamed.

    As far as I've seen, it doesn't make you have more energy or anything like that. The main benefit of lowering high cholesterol is to ensure heart safety and reducing your risk of a heart attack. First you should get your cholesterol checked and make sure that it is elevated. If it is too high, then you should lower it. If it is already normal, then there's no point in lowering it.
