None retired Byt when in the Military i worked about 45 Hrs a week average

Seems too many hours. Do take care of your body.

Depends how much you earn per hour and what your plans are.

You’re young and ambitious, so 60 hours would be reasonable.  Hopefully, you’re doing something rewarding, with goals in mind.

I’m older and self employed.  I work anywhere from 28 to (rarely) 40 hours a week, and usually only four days.

I'm a high school student and I'm self employed right now, putting in only a few hours a week. However, I work at a golf course when the season opens. I put in about 20 hours a week during school, and 40 hours a week during the summer. 60 hours a week is a lot, but if you like your job and it's not compromising other aspects of your life, then I don't think it's too much.
