    I find that Lil Wayne has more bars then Drake.

    Wayne has easily got better bars, and doesn't need ghostwriters like Drake does.

    If we're just talking releases, I think 2000s Wayne is better than Drake's entire career but I feel Drake had the better 2010s decade.

    Lil Wayne is more lyrical but he haven't been active as of late. Drake on the other hand been putting out hit after hit.
