How do you go on about talking to a girl you met on omegle whom lives in another country? ?

So I met this girl who is from Bolivia, we've been texting on insta for a while actually tbh a couple of months. She's been very kind on sharing her recordings of what she sounds like, but I'm known as the shy kind. Really kinda nervous. She wants to talk with me now like a phone call and honestly I don't know how that would turn out. I have roommates here who always are playing music loudly and so much noise comes from around here. I wouldn't be able to talk to her until perhaps 4 am. Any advice or tips that can help me out, I really do appreciate it all.
