Is playboy magazine even still around now that it's gone non nude, and do magazines still advertise dip, smoking, and liquor?

Yes, but it's now a men's lifestyle magazine without the "tasteful" pictures of nude women, basically like GQ, which by the way also used to show "tasteful" pictures of nude women but then stopped in the 70s— only not really like GQ since GQ is still in print and Playboy isn't but is strictly online now.
As for ads for tobacco products and liquor products, yes, magazines still run those ads, Playboy included.
Was what Hef promoted through Playboy "toxic masculinity"? Some of it certainly was, but I don't think all of it. However, the more salient question is, does Hef's daughter, as a woman, truly and fully comprehend the pinnacle of men's lifestyle in the zeitgeist (something her predecessor did by being a man and living it) in order to run Playboy successfully and profitably by reflecting that lifestyle accurately and informing that lifestyle deftly in Playboy's content? Many argue that she's not, that no woman could, just like no man could for a women's lifestyle magazine, because you can't possibly accurately reflect and inform a lifestyle you yourself don't live and cannot live.
