I'd start by joining some meetup groups or something similar and start to talk to strangers, not expecting to find the one immediately but making connections as a practice.
I'd start getting out of my comfort zone, making a list of things I always wanted to do but never dared. Good for building confidence.

If you ain't been in a relationship by now, then chances are, ya probably never will be in one, 'cos most women of your age are normally married with kids by now, and those who are still single at your age are normally single 'cos they wanna be single, so don't bother!
