And neither has anyone else. That is despite conducting the most intensive and most extensive searches in history.
Conclusion based on science and what the data is telling us: ET either does not exist or is so far away that detection is impossible.
Conclusion based on mental health issues: ET definitely must exist, yet there is no evidence, therefore there is a conspiracy to hide all evidence.
Either way, don't waste your time expecting any communications from space boogiemen, ever.

Your word, 'extraterrestrial', is superfluous. They would obviously be extraterrestrial if they were from another planet.
No NASA has not intercepted communications from another planet.
