You can use it for virtually whatever you want... unless you're like me... an adult that lives with tyrannical parents who threaten to kick you out at any turn... even if you (I) spend my money in a way they don't want.

If you're in that situation I totally understand why you would ask this and - when I want to make a big purchase I either usually have to do it in secret or run it by my tyrant mom who came here from Korea and is very, very abusive.

Nobody is regulating what you spend the money on. Go ahead and do it and help the economy.

No you cannot.  The car dealer will make to prove the money you pay for the car is not from your stimulus check.  You can only spend it on what the government tells you to buy.  So check with them before you do anything.

They way things are going with ANTIFA/BLM you would be better off purchasing a reliable gun.

Yes.  That is the idea:  spend on something.

You can use it on whatever you like. Want a $1400 rock cocaine. Go for it. Want a $1400 hooker?  Go for it.

I think that's exactly what the car companies, who influence the government, were hoping for.  Oh, that means yes.
