Is this a caring thing to say to a friend? What does 'always' mean here?
PLEASE HELP ME INTERPRET THIS - I HAVE ASPERGERS AND CAN'T.
‘Tom you can always talk to me :) and I don’t know of anyone who hates you you’re such a lovely person. I think you just need to gain perspective on the situation you feel you’re in. Are you at home at the moment? Might be best to get some sleep and think about it tomorrow’
Do you think that the person who said this to me is my friend/cares about me?

ALWAYS in this discussion should mean exactly what it usually means - which is ALWAYS, ANY TIME. Don't ever use that word if you don't really mean it because someone will take you up on that offer one day. Always is a word which many people use too frequently and too flippantly just to give the impressions they care - when, quite often, they don't.

It sounds like you've been complaining to this person that everyone hates you and that they're just not trained to deal with that. You need to get into counseling and talk to someone who knows how to manage your situation. Your friends aren't all psychologists.

Congratulations, you're the one who's made me believe in euthanasia and now I despise myself. Where are you going to keep spamming this next? I believe even mumsnet have banned you for this and their patience is legendary. If you really can't work out the same phrases over and over again there's really no hope. Whoever is writing those letters to you is the one person who doesn't want to kill you by now.

Zip it, Rainman. You've been spamming this same idiotic crap for over a YEAR. You don't get it and you never will.

Yes, your friend cares, and wants to help you have a better life.
I spent a lot of time where I think you are and things do get better when you pull back and realize that the worst part of situations tend to be your reaction to them. Study the philosophies behind Buddhism, Stoicism, Tao, etc. for clues. Peace. :)
