If China attacks Russia this decade, what year will it be within 2021-2030?

Seems my swan song for the Russian section is well nigh upon us. 

I will speculate as no one can know. China is not a stupid society, and surely they see how broke USA and western countries are from their war-mongering. If debt in USA had been spent oh building houses and not bombs, USA families could each have about a 1700 sq. ft house with no payment.(according to the debt clock). China knows Russia would smoke them like a cigar, so what would they fight for? Victory?
