How would you feel if you work 6 hours straight and you haven't sit down and take a break?

i would feel tired

i might get another job

 Nothing..Am used to it. We were so short staffed at my last job that I almost never took a break when on shift...whether it was 5 hours, or 14. 

My new job MAKES you take breaks now and it's honestly been a huge adjustment.

Very tired.     You should sit down for lunch 

That's a pretty normal occurrence for me, so I would feel like "blah whatever".

That happened to me when I was doing construction. The money was so good I couldn't take a seat.
