True/False: The saddest part of life is when the people who gave you the best memories become a memory?

The saddest part of life is the death of memories. Death's fumes enshroud us all. Each step we take is a step closer to the void we call death. No one will remember what we have been. Or what we have done. Or where we have been. Each person we encounter is a skeleton wearing flesh, ready to rot for a billion years. Inhale death's fumes and an eternity could pass in an instant. All the skeletons you knew will instantaneously follow in your footsteps. A landmass littered in skeletons. A lifetime of memories dissipate like a vapor trail in a cold, indifferent sky.
There will be nothing left; not even the skeleton. No one to remember you or to remember me. No one will remember anyone. Everyone is nothing. There will be no one to remember even the someones. All happening and going just as quickly. That's all we have, Lee. The moment. This moment. Holding on to this moment or throwing it away is the same. It all returns to nothing. Nothing is everything. Death has always been the God of man.

It's when you realize that you fu¢ked yourself up and you're too old to fix it. You either deal with the consequences of your stupid decisions or you shoot a cop and retire in prison.
