Probably if people continue to eat and drink added sugars and white flour products on a regular basis.

No one has a crystal ball that accurately predicts the unkown. The world could see another tsunami wipe out hundreds of thousands of people around and world, too. Don't dwell on it; just be as prepared as you can be. Practice common sense, healthy, clean day to day routines. Keep a box of N-95 masks and disposable gloves on hand "just in case". They're relatively cheap. Other than that, just enjoy life and don't fret about it.
