Urgently needed party planners, who is willing to help host the YA Farewell Party?

So far I've got fellow Level 7 Liz, who is bringing Coffee, and board games, I'm baking a huge chocolate cake and a massive Mac n Cheese and bringing one of my infamous locally picked salads, some footballs and a frisbee.  But we need more food, drink and entertainment, are you up for it?
