I’m a Aquarius and I have argued with cancers in my life but everytime when I argue with these people they always try to talk over me and never give me a chance to even speak is this true about cancers???

No two people with Sun in Cancer will be the same. Besides, the way people talk is indicated by their Mercury Sign and not by their Sun Sign.
(what you find from using only the month-day of birth is just the SUN's apparent location, the Sign it appears to be moving through).
Sun Sign astrology is never supposed to be taken seriously .. it isn't real astrology and is only 2% of the entire natal chart for any given individual.
