Why do people keep moving to the side who are walking their dogs when I am walking on the side walk?
I will be walking on the side walk and the person will have plenty of room to walk across from me and even around me but instead this person just stood there waiting for me to pass and moved to the side with their dog. I told that person: "You could go ahead. You have room to walk." Then he just ignored me and didn't say nothing. It's not like I have covid and if people are worried because of the social distancing that is crazy.

Some people have more control of their pet when they are stationary on the lead, opposed to the slack on the lead while walking. Or perhapstheir dog is an enthusiastic "greeter' to people or is a jumper.
Personally. I'd be grateful to see a responsible pet owner. And, maybe they have a compromised ammure system and have not had both vax shots yet.
Don't take what others do so personally. People haveTHEIR reasons for doing things that likely have Nothing to do with you. Relax

Social distancing is NOT crazy. These people are making space for you to walk by and not get too close.
You should not be so rude as to speak to them like that - just smile and go on your way.
