Mike tyson is on the sex offenders register for life for the rape conviction he received. How does he have access to his children? I thought sex offenders weren't aloud to have access or live with their kids. I like Mike tyson by the way

When you're on the sex offender registry you have to stay on it for 10 years if after a period of 10 years has passed and nothing bad has happened you can get off reporting yourself as a sex offender anymore. Also there's a lot of ways around not being able to have contact with children.
The registry says that you have to have a Court approved person present. That means any adult can go before the court and give permission.
Or you can hire a personal supervisor.
