Secondary Cataracts?

I had surgery on my left eye just two weeks ago. My vision in that eye was 20/200+. Now it is 20/40 (20/20 with glasses). I am not struggling to see the screen.

My right eye tested 20/50 and (20/30 with glasses), however it is getting worse every week.Currently my right eye is twitching, and painful. Sometimes I see flashes of light. It was my better eye before, but now it is almost not functional. Normal under circumstances?I am scheduled to get surgery on my right eye next month. I will call the doctor's office this afternoon.  I just thought I would ask if anyone on here has experienced the same.

Yes, before the surgery if I was to go to renew my license they would have taken it away.

what exactly are you asking> About the surgery or the old eye?  It takes 1 month at least for the lens to settle in, and often it needs the second eye done to fully coordinate.  Light flashing is totally normal, and will diminish. Not sure what "non functional" is to you. As your vision went from 200 to 40.
