Has anyone else experience the similar situation ? ?

I worked  last year and the job was only for a few months.  However the new year started and they called everyone back to work except for me. I would do my job and never cause problems. I don't know why they did not called me back

 

Update:

Everyone is temporary at the job and no one has a full time job or permanent position. Just during the summer and fall but the same people that worked last year were rehire again.

    Maybe you weren't doing as good of a job as you thought.  Along with any one of the other answers here.  It could be anything.  Only the people you worked with would know the answer to that.

    Maybe they were forced to cut some positions, even if people were perfectly doing their jobs?

    It happens all the time when you are hired as a temporary worker vs hired full time.

    Call and ask them. We wouldn't know why that happened, we can't read their minds,maybe they forgot.

    Nope haven't been in a situation like that, I'm an essential worker.
