Could Covid-19 have been kept out of the UK completely?

It isn't difficult to see how that could have been done!

    It was in America in 2018 according to some doctors.

    It could have if they had NO international travel, it was rich people (relative to the average person in the world) that spread this virus around the world with their international trips.
