Why does PetSmart have a monopoly in Yahoo mail ads? And I don't even have pets.?

The ad is constant. It freezes the email. It blocks all the other advertisers paying to have ads in Yahoo mail. This has been going on for months. I have contacted everyone imaginable about this. I cannot upgrade. This is 20-year account I have. You know - my life is in there.
