It is always sad when someone dies tragically, why is it that "urban" America can't seem to figure out: The police are giving you a lawful order, just do what you are being told.  Teach your children to do the same.  If you have a dispute with what is happening, NOW is not the time to argue and even stupider, run or fight with the law.  Take it to court!

Clearly not zero percent because people do get shot even when they totally follow police orders.  I don't even want to get into how many suffer injury or death by other causes after trying to be as obedient as possible.

Don't pretend that you wouldn't struggle if a cop was choking you.  I doubt your will power and faith in the police is that strong, stronger than your basic urge to breath.  But maybe you are that special type of human.  The rest of us are not, and when someone is choking us, we panic and try to get air in any way we can.

Can't take someone to court when I am dead.

But sure, there are people who get shot for what they are doing, and the shooting is almost unavoidable because even cops aren't superhuman.
