Cheese Chase?

In Switzerland, I had a slightly yellow, sweet, semi hard cheese that was packaged to be eaten raw. Ever since I have been looking for its name. Any cheese connoisseurs that can help me?

Could it be Emmental or Gruyere?.

It would help if you updated the list of swiss cheeses you have eliminated. Also if you go to the link below  (wikipedia) and click on each cheese and get a taste/color profile.

I would guess it was Emmenthaler.
