Why do I get a headache when I exhale through my nose?

For some reason, whenever I exhale through my nose I start to feel a bit of pressure on the back of my head. I also feel a burning/tingling sensation on the outside bottom area of my mouth, as well as a bit of numbness in my left jaw area. i can feel each of these symptoms every time i exhale, but somehow these symptoms stop when i exhale through my mouth. And it gets weirder: I get all of these symptoms when i look at a computer screen or phone. My guess is that I am having a migraine headache and somehow exhaling through my nose is triggering the migraine (numbness/tingling are symptoms of migraine)? or could it be that there is a problem with my breathing? I am really confused and it's really hard to even do my school work online. I must solve this as soon as possible. Any help or ideas of what is going on is greatly appreciated. thankyou.
