Verb energy bars recipe?
Hello :)
I am going to switch from a stimulant ADHD med to a non stimulant ADHD medication soon. When I do that, I am going to need more caffeine in my life and I hate coffee. Tea doesn't have as much caffeine in it and drinking five cups of tea a day doesn't sound reasonable. I have verb energy bars, but they are way too expensive!!
Anyone have an idea of how they are made or know of similar recipes for at home energy bars made from tea leaves or something?

There are a lot of energy bar recipes online, you could boost the caffeine with the addition of caffeine powder that would be compatible with the flavor of the energy bar recipe you find.
