What store in America sell this cream from milk?

Can you tell me what is this cream milk called that we get from heating milk? It creates on top of milk when heating milk. Where is it sold in USA? What are some brands??

    Probably clotted cream. Not sure where to buy it though-probably a high end store like Whole Foods.

    It sounds like the method of making 'Clotted cream' to me, not sure where its sold in the US though, sorry!.

    Maybe you could ask at a dairy / milk producers?.

    Maybe trader Joe's or whole foods. That is called Devonshire cream or clotted cream and it is pretty common with scones. If you can't find it locally, amazon or ebay will have it.
