anyone know what this microtemp fuse is?

so long story short we narrowed down to this small fuse that was bad. i tried looking everywhere on google to see where i can buy one, but i can only find similar ones and not the exact one. i found like x22 (but it's 3A), cylinder looking fuse, different brands, but nowhere this one. so i want to know if i should just buy a different brand, but with the same "150c 2.5A 250v"? do you guys think this version is discontinued and is now upgraded to the cylinder versions? because that's all i see when i tried searching. i'm not too electrical, so i don't know too much. and this came off of a coil for a very old electric battery charger that according to my buddy is discontinued.
