    First of all it's "in English", not "in english".

    Second, that man is Italian, trying to speak English but having great difficulty and stuttering, and the subtitles are in Italian not English–you can't see any of that?

    If you want answers you can at least take the time to write correctly.

    It's not. It's Turkish, like when you say "Shish Kebab", which means a skewer of grilled meat.
