Spotify assigned me aromantic????

Sorry for the mbmbam baity title, but I've been going through some identity crisis as of late. I've known I'm asexual for 8ish years (of 30), but I still haven't ever really connected with another person romantically. It could just be because I'm pretty defensive when it comes to anyone trying to get close in that way, but I've also been considering the aro option. Spotify has recommended despair by leo and it is a mood, but I can't tell if that's just an ace thing. If anyone trawling the final day of this accursed space knows of a good resource for aro-question people, or similar stories from the web, I'd be mighty obliged.
