Is it bad that I love tornadoes and find their destruction amazing?

So let's make this clear, I don't enjoy peoples lives and houses/buildings being ruined. I only like watching the sheer power of the tornado and how it deconstructs buildings in a matter of seconds and lofts the debris into the air. I find it memorizing to watch the destruction. But also hate to hear about peoples lives being ruined and the deaths of loved ones. Its kind of like a love hate relationship towards tornadoes. So can anybody give me their input on what I think about tornadoes and their destruction.

I was born during a derecho, a kind of severe weather like a tornado but straight line winds instead of rotation.  That's why my parents named me after the patron saint of tornadoes, volcanoes and coal miners.

And I love severe weather.  Nature punishing us, laughing at our feeble attempts to hide from torrents of rain, burying us under tons of snow or burning and blinding us with intense sunshine.
