Following the fatal shooting of a young mother by her TWO YEAR OLD child in Idaho, should the US take a real look at gun laws?
I am fully aware that you will not get guns out of American hands (It's our legal right g*d dammit) but surely something needs to be done?? Should both sides not get together and thrash out a new set of laws??
I'd suggest limiting private citizens to a weapon no larger than 9mm (if you are carrying just for you own personal protection then this really is all you need) not a machine gun or assault type weapon, shotguns should only be accessible to the like of farmers. If you are carrying then the weapon should be on your person not in a handbag or some where a child could access it. I know this post will annoy certain people in the US but please take the time to read it in its entirety and then give a considered response.
12 AnswersLaw & Ethics6 years agoI'm thinking of emigrating to Australia from Wales with my family, where are the best places to live?
I'm a big cricket and motorsport fan so would obviously be looking at somewhere like Sidney (SCG and Bathurst)
7 AnswersGeneral - Australia8 years agowhen will the American people learn when it comes to guns and the type of people who have access to them?
Yet again there has been a slaying of innocent people in the US because "the Constitution" says its a right for any citizen to bare arms.
When are people going to learn that the gun laws and controls do not work and that these kinds of things won't stop happening until someone decides to make some major changes.

I've got a 1.4 litre M reg Vauxhall Astra, which over heats when ever stationary for a few mins, i've replaced the fan switch, radiator and removed the thermostat, i've got a new water pump for it, ive checked all the fuses and have had a head gasket check done so i know that they're ok, i really don't know what to do, the cooling fan works if you bridge the loom with a piece of wire.

5 AnswersGovernment1 decade agoPlease help me before i do something ill regret!!!?
My wife is 14 weeks pregnant and is behaving like an absolute cow to me, and i just don't understand what i've done wrong.
this all started the other day over some photo's of a female colleague that i didn't take, or post on to facebook, these are professional shots taken by someone else and my colleague posted them on to facebook and is using one as her profile pic (in this particular pic she is in her underwear straddling a guitar), i've not been looking at these pics and my colleague is of no interest to me as she isn't my type.
also because i don't want to discuss baby names until after my wife has had her twenty week scan and we know what we are having, my wife has decided that we should separate as i'm "obviously not commited enough to the baby and our marriage"
I'm the sole earner now after my wife recently lost her job, i've got this week off as payed holiday, im just about at the end of my tether.
