Since the IRS revised the W9 form in 2011 I have always been a little confused by how to properly complete the form. We are based in Florida and have an LLC, however, our company name is a DBA owned by the LLC. Finally, the LLC is a single member which is disregarded for tax purposes and filed as a Schedule C on my tax return.

Based on what I have read I do not check "LLC" since I have disregarded status, instead I name myself on line 1, the DBA on line 2 and check "Individual/Sole Proprietor". It sounds a little weird but this is the conclusion I have come up with, am I correct?

I'm new to SQL and am trying to query a specific table for data. The table itself is a zip code table and I want to return the city name and state for 30 values. I can successfully lookup a single value but have been unable to lookup multiple.

The query I am currently using is:

SELECT CityName,StateName (column names)

FROM ZipCodes (table name)

WHERE ZipCode = '20001', '20002', etc etc

We use Quickbooks Pro 2010 and want to deduct part of a payment due to a vendor to cover an outstanding invoice for them. The invoice is setup on the customer side, however for simplicity it would be much easier to deduct the invoice payment than have to issue a check for the full amount and wait on the return check. Is it possible to do this in Quickbooks? Even more importantly, is this "incorrect" from an accounting perspective?

We have been using Joomla for sometime but our back end is limited by the user management system. We are seeking a new CMS solution for our user management. Our needs are simple, a system that allows us to create customer fields for each user, search users by location and create easy to view profiles for each user. We do not need blog functionality, payments, memberships, etc. There are literally hundreds of CMS options, but we cannot find the right one. Any suggestions?

I have been a gym guy for 10 years and every weekday I have a lift before I box and run. The last 10+ Mondays I have done biceps and triceps in a fairly templated fashion. Lots of dumbell hammer curls, standing dumbell curls, close grip pull ups, seated preacher curl, tricep pull down (with rope and bar), seated dips and overhead tricep extension.

I'm trying to do something new today, or at least something I haven't done in a while. Any suggestions?

Last year I used a site to fill out and print 25-30 1099-MISC's for free. For some odd reason I have no record of the URL and cannot find it on Google. Any recommendations? I'll print and file them on my own, I just want to fill them out online to make it go faster.

I have several service companies on Joomla based sites. We have been using RSForm Pro for reservations which is OK, but ideally we'd like to make it more user friendly and break up the process.

We're seeking a multi step process (eg. Step 1- Customer Info, Step 2- Details, etc) but have been unable to locate anything on this process. I assume a shopping cart may work, but I haven't located one that will work with a service company.

Any insight?

I've had my cat for two years and she has never had any issues using the litter box. A few weeks back she decided to go (#2) right next to the litter box. Since it was an isolated incident I didn't think much of it, however she then did it twice more within the next two weeks. I thought it may have something to do with the litter box so I replaced it. The past two days she has done it twice and everytime is right next to the litter box, any ideas?

It's important to note that nothing has changed. The litter box is in the same location as always, the litter is the same and her diet is the same.

I work out 2-3 hours per day, and I box and run. I listed to the SAME music and I'm getting annoyed, I need something new and fresh. I mostly listen to rock and trance with a little rap thrown in there, some examples of what I listen to are listed below to give you an idea.

I like my trance to be high BMP, but not cheesy. Like Tiesto's Traffic, very constant and it's a great running song. Any suggestions that you think may fit?

I have an XML sitemap in Google Webmaster. I have added 30+ new pages since the sitemap was uploaded. Do I need to recreate a sitemap and resubmit when I make additions or is it automatic?

I collect data via numerous forms using CK Forms on my site. The information is databased, but is there a way I can show that data to registered users?

For example, let's say the data I took in was for an appointment and I want to show those appointments to registered users. Can I show the data submitted on a Joomla page available to registered users?

I've got an interesting one for everyone out there. Please stay with me as this may got a little long, but I want to make sure I'm thorough.

I am a 26 year old male in excellent shape. I was a Marine, a linebacker for 5 years, a state track winner, a competitive 5K runner and now a boxer/fighter. I have always been against the norm as far as nutrition and health goes - I can go days without eating and still work out for hours on end. When I get sick I only get better if I get to the gym and work it out. I'm not sure why I am that way, but I am so please keep that in mind.

I have been boxing and fighting nearly everyday for the past 15 months. I generally hit the gym and lift for an hour, box for an hour and then run for 30-45 minutes. In the beginning of the 15 months sometimes I would go to the gym 3+ times a day and I would still have energy. I have been progressively getting stronger and faster for almost the entire time until about a month ago when it all changed.

For the past 4 weeks I have been struggling to do standard cardio, just 20 minutes of hard cardio and I'm about to pass out. I haven't changed my lifting routine yet while my body has been looking better, my strength has been reducing every week.

The only changes are stress. I have been extremely busy but I find it hard to believe that stress would play such a role into my health. I've stopped drinking almost completely and I go to bed early, things you would think would help my performance...not hurt it.

I know this is a long shot but I'd love to hear some opinions on what I should do.

If they select yes, I would like new text fields to appear for the purpose of gathering more information.

I've had a cat my entire life, but I've never had two at the same time. My current cat is two years old and lives in my condo, she is an indoor cat. I travel quite a bit for work and although I do spend a lot of time with her, it's not as much as I would like.

I've toyed with the idea of getting another cat so she could have a play partner and some company - is this a good idea? She has been with me since she was 6 weeks and aside from the Humane Society she has not been around other cats.

I have CSS on my site. I am attempting to make the links of the DIV styles with a dark background have light links. I found a code online and used it but it applied that color to my entire site, not just to the DIV "yellow-box". The code I have is below, any help would be appreciated!

One of my girlfriend's W2's looks incorrect. On this particular W2 she made $9000 but her federal withholding was $204. Considering she claims 0 on her W4, I feel as though this cannot be correct. I've tried to contact the company to have them confirm the numbers but with no luck. Can I contact the IRS to confirm that that amount is indeed correct (or incorrect)?

I have Sprint/Nextel as my cell provider, should i see about adding on service or work with an international cell provider? Calling cards maybe?

I'm in fantastic shape, healthy and fit. I workout everyday, I box and run and currently I am training for a big 5K race in Tampa. I run 5-6 days a week and when I run really hard I get extremely sick afterwards. Major stomach pains in the lower abdomen and usually diarrhea. I don't eat withing 3-4 hours of my workout, and when I do I always eat healthy. I drink plenty of water, stretch and warm-up. 7-8 years ago I was a track runner and I never experienced this kind of sickness - Does anyone have an idea of what may be causing it or how I can get rid of it?

I've recently been running competitively, and training extremely hard. My diet is great, I box and lift weights, I'm very fit but I cannot seem to get rid of this cramp. When I start to run, especially once I get to speed, I find that the cramp is so bad I almost have to stop. It hurts right under the bottom of the right rib cage, is there anything I can do to prevent it in the future?
