running win 8 on a dell laptop, when i click internet it comes up 'RUNDLL' then 'error loading c;\WINDOWS\system32\inetcpl.cpl'

ive tried to restore it but when i hit system restore it says 'DDE Server Window:rstrui.exe - bad image' when i hit system restore a 2nd time it brings the frame up with the white background.

any help would be grateful,

i have windows 7, money play is no problem, as soon as i sign up to a free play tournie it says it has encountered a problem, 888 are useless at diagnosing this, they can't even send me a cd, i have uninstalled many a times but problem continues, please help, i got 990,000 play money and cannot use it

i am using a stick broadband, when i watch sport on the hoo player it plays for about 5 seconds then stops ??????????

i have windows 7 and started to do a back up on disk (new computer, takes 3 disks to back up) , i done the 1st disk ok but on the 2nd it says it needed formatting i cancelled the back up but now i formatted the 2nd disk it won't accept the first disk and it doesnt give me an option to format it

how do i format the 1st disk again, it just says needs a blank disk

i know win xp but not a clue about wins 7

you tube and things work just. but when i try watching sumfin on like yahoo or bbc i get 'could not be found', any ideas, ive tried reloading but no good

i am thinking of buying 1 of these laptop/internet deals,

how would i know how much gb i need?

it says dr watson on it as well, i have searched for this on the computer but it will not open, it is not on the add/remove programme, i think this programme is the cause of it, any ideas of how to get rid of it Please........
