Does reporting questions and answers do anything anymore?
More and more crap questions and answers show up every day and I've never seen any of them actually get removed.
We can't edit the categories anymore, so reporting is all we can do and that doesn't seem to be doing any good.

Modding a system that you personally bought is not illegal. Using a modded Wii to play out-of-region games that has been legally imported is not illegal. Using a modded Wii to play a backed up copy of a game that has been legally purchased is not illegal.
If all of this is going on, and no laws have been broken, why is this considered against Community Guidelines?
I do agree that what is done AFTER the fact can be piracy, an illegal act. I do not condone Piracy, but do believe that people have a right to do with their hardware as they see fit.
Nintendo Wii9 years agoAre there any "Must Have" mac apps?
I've been using DOS/Windows based systems since the early 80's. I've never owned a mac before.
Last night, I picked one up so I can look into iPhone application development. The Mac I picked up has 10.4 OS, so I have to upgrade to 10.5 before I can get that to work.
So while I'm shopping for a new version of the OS, are there any other pieces of software that I should be looking for while I'm at the store?
