I have a really big crush on a barista who works at a nearby Caffe Nero. I've become a regular customer there and even started a loyalty card because of him. He definitely recognizes me now as he knows my order but I don't know how I can talk to him beyond the standard hi and bye. I know being a barista must be a really busy job so I don't want to make his job even more stressful, I just want to build up a rapport up with him as I think it would be a bit drastic to just ask him out, and to be honest I'm too shy. Any ideas of what I could say/do to become friends with him without making a dick out of myself? Thanks in advance! xx

At college there is a teacher who I've had kind of a crush on for a while, I guess when I get a crush on somebody I'm kind of obvious about it. I was the only student who sponsored him for a marathon he was doing, which I know is kind of pathetic. I think he must have looked my name up and saw who I was because ever since then whenever I see him he smiles at me whereas before he just ignored me.

But anyway yesterday I was walking behind him with my friend and she said really loudly 'oh look, there's that teacher you like' (I felt like dying) and he obviously heard and turned around and looked at me, and then he stopped walking and I started walking out of college because I had an early finish at like 1.50. But then I noticed he was following me out of the college gates, and at first I thought he must be going to the bus stop, but that doesn't make sense because he has a car? And then he followed me past the bus stops, and I was walking for ages and looked around to see if he was still there and he was walking behind me, saw me looking and looked away. So I crossed the road to see if he would follow me, and he did, which I found creepy. And when I got to a row of shops that is like a street away from my house, he finally stopped walking after me and went into a random cafe, but kept on looking at me from the doorway while I carried on walking. Sorry this is so long but am I being paranoid or was I followed home? I just feel creeped out and don't know what to do :/
