I’m currently and IB student in Canada and have a Russian-raised step mom. Every now and then I’ll tell my family to be quieter so I can study, and that I’m super stressed, but my annoying step mom (who has a photography gig but no job) consistently tells me that what I’m going through is easier than public schools in Russia. So I was wondering if any Russians/experienced people can tell me if she’s exaggerating or I’m just weak. 

I was just re-watching the “debate” or whatever (I don’t fully understand politics yet) of mark zuckerburg fighting congress about privacy in the app and all that crap. And it’s quite obvious that the answer to all those “are you able to see...” questions is “technically I can punch someone in the face but there are many restrictions and laws prohibiting me. Same goes with user information etc”. It’s obvious that most questions they ask are made to take things vaguely and used out of context to favour themselves. So my question is, is Congress really that obnoxious or am I missing something?

I went to the store earlier and finally decided to man up and start taking some vitamin capsules instead of small tablets. I’ve always had a fear of choking on one of them and so I’ve never really ever had a capsule before. Anyway, today I picked up a capsule (Iron plus 28mg) and looked at it, and noticed there was a line, and so I opened it. For some reason I thought “hmm, if it can open then I’m sure you can swallow it that way too right?” So I did. A few minutes later I checked on my phone and now I’m panicking since the internet is saying it will ruin my stomach and stuff. Do I need to go to a clinic or hospital, or will I just have an angry stomach for the next day or two?

I’m turning 16 in like a month, but i haven’t really hit puberty and I am getting worried. I’ve had pubic hair for a while now, but it was only until 2 weeks ago I started realizing some small hairs under my armpit. I have been consistently growing around 2-3 inches per year since I was 13, I am currently 5 foot 7 but my dad is 6 foot and my mom is 5 foot 5. I am worried that it’s the lack of hormone or something, we don’t have a family doctor, and I feel worried that they will reject me at my local clinic (especially due to covid). So is this a big problem that i need to be worried about? And if so, should I wait any longer or should consider booking an appointment? 

The problem isn’t because the braces are sharp, im already used to that. The problem is my inner cheek is being pinched really badly by the metal brackets, so I cannot actually chew or bite anything. Should I call my orthodontist or is this something that I need to get used to?

I’m currently 14 years old and I’m kinda worried that my ulcer/deep cut is gonna get worse and stop me from wanting to talk and eat.
