opel astra f removed rear wheel now nut holes are blocked?
hi removed rear wheel to put spare wheel on and now when i go to put new tyre on the 4 holes where the wheel nuts screw in and block and all 4 holes are blocked by a metal plate and cant fit is there a way to reopen the holes to fit tyre

hi ive finished building a ecommerce store for a client and have completed it and they seem really happy with it. total cost of build was $900 fully completed and i've done that but the client now says he wants the $900 back and he has exported all files needed to rebuild it himself and has deleted the website and is now saying that i never started work on it. i have screenshots of every single page showing exact domain they gave me to use and i feel like im being scammed. i have the coding i used to build it and detailed time slips showing hours worked am i liable for criminal charges as they are saying via email that they are going to the police to file charges of fraud. i did my job and im very proud of what i built them and recieved texts saying they loved the website. can i be prosecuted for anything because i did the work now i feel like a dick for taking the project on

hi ive been building a website for a client and was being payed in installments of $300. the $300 has since been used as wages as i completed 26.5 hours of programming @ 11 per hour as agreed and now he refuses to pay any more and this threatening to go to the police. the website is live and he said in a text he was really happy with the design and way it looks and works but now refuses to pay me. the agreed price was $900 upon completion for the ecommerce store i built. is this theft as it is services rendered. i have sent him custom php script and template as described and login details for cpanel.
