I’m trying to crochet a rainbow blanket using seven different double crochet stitches, and I need ideas for two more. I have:

- regular/plain double crochet - herringbone double crochet - extended double crochet - center double crochet - linked double crochet Anyone have any other suggestions?

I’m crocheting a rainbow blanket and I wanted to crochet each color in a different stitch that’s based on double crochet. I’d like them to not be mesh like, and I need 7 different stitches.

Most of them have too many features that I don’t use- I just use the date, time, and steps, and want to be able to change the band. Being able to customize the face would be nice but not a deal breaker.

I did think of Witch Doctor, but I couldn’t find any singers except Alvin and the chipmunks.

All I want it to do is have the time, date, number of steps, and an alarm. And I would like it to be easy to find different bands and faces and have a long battery life. That’s it. I don’t use all the other bells and whistles.

My husband has several blisters and a thick bright red line where the rubber/silicone part of his Fitbit Versa Lite band was, and we asked his doctor dad; he said he’s allergic to it. So, I’m wondering what specifically the rubber/silicone is made of, so that he can avoid anything else made with the same material.

I would love for my husband to give me something romantic he made, but he’d rather just buy something. I’d rather make him something romantic, but he would hate it. What do I do?

My husband asked me why we have them.

I’be been married for 9 years, and my husband does not compliment me or say nice things. It’s not that he puts me down or anything- he says that he loves me all the time, and I get hugs and kisses and gropes (lol) like crazy, but he just doesn’t compliment me on anything because he says that he isn’t romantic. Am I being too picky to want him to say nice things about me?

It’s about shoulder length and I want to do copper to blonde.

Tried google and Pinterest but all I got was places to buy them.

Everyday, I use shower lotion all over my whole body, then I get out and put super dry skin lotion on my whole body again. I also use dry scalp shampoo. But I am still so itchy everywhere that sometimes I can’t sleep at night.

I don’t think I have psoriasis or eczema because I don’t have any rashes or other blemishes. I m allergic to wool but I don’t wear or touch it. Other than that I am just allergic to a lot of medications but I stay away from them. Not laundry soap because I have used the same one for forever and it’s never made me itch before. I don’t wear itchy clothes.

I did have a breast reduction about a month ago, but I don’t itch there. In fact, the scars are healing nicely.

I’ve always been itchy and dry in winter but I could put lotion on every day and it would stop. Now it doesn’t work! Help!

My hands are like ice cubes all the time (even in the summer), but I can’t wear fingerless gloves/handwarmers because they are all too big and/or long (my wrist is only 6 in., and hand is 7 in. from wrist to top of longest finger). I can’t carry those portable hand warmers and still be able to do things with my hands. So what do I do? It’s not a medical problem (I asked).

I want to do a crochet themed blue and white Christmas tree in my craft room this year (because the room is light blue and white with brown accents). I got a 3’ white tree, and lights that change colors from blue to white.

I want to put crochet hooks and little balls of blue and brown yarn on it, but I don’t know how I would do that. Anyone have any suggestions?

He’s slobbery and open mouthed, and won’t use chapstick when he has rough lips. I told him that I would like to show him what I like and help him be better, and this is what he said: “I guess that I’m more of the type who likes to improve by myself without anyone helping me when it comes to this type of stuff. But because I love you I’ll try to kiss better.” Is this a male pride thing or did I come across too strong or what?
