Why is it taking time to hire a permanent host for Jeopardy?
Usually, when game show hosts need to be replaced, they just hire a new permanent host right away. But with Jeopardy, they have all the temporary hosts right now hosting the show before they decide who to hire permanently. Why the long process of having all these temporary hosts?

I only watched the first season of (1), and maybe the first episode with DeVito. I didn't love the 1st season and adding DeVito was enough to turn me off.
I've been continuing to watch (23) but I don't really like it.
I watched a couple seasons of (11) but then stopped -- mostly because there was too much else to watch.
I guess (18) is my fav comedy and (17) is my fav drama.

Do they have commercials during shows in Britain?
In America, they air commercials during TV shows unless it's a public broadcasting channel (PBS), then they air commercials for other PBS shows before and after the program.
However, when I watch British shows on PBS and Britbox I've noticed they don't have spaces for commercials.
In Britain, do they show commercials before and after the program?
If so, that must be nice to watch a show and not have it interrupted with an ad for a "My Pillow" or something.

why is tv very bad now in britain?
Favourite answer:Standards have raised, not dropped. The Palace would've been well-advised to do likewise, but its shameful and racist treatment of Meghan Markle proves its abysmal failure in this regard. So now you, like The Palace, are suborning a white-washed image that doesn't truthfully reflect the people of the UK or the Commonwealth. Face it: Britain is multiracial and multicultural, always has been.

People talk about improving diversity in awards shows, but isn't it about who is the best rather than ethnic groups getting awards?
Favourite answer:No, an awards show is about being a show. They want the show to be something that viewers will want to watch. That's what it is about.
