I am a retired electronics engineer aged 73, I served in the Royal Navy for 24 years, then started another career working offshore for a further 20 odd years and am an outgoing person who enjoys intelligent conversations with Anyone. please feel free to contact me with any questions as I have a lot of experience. since retiring I now work part time (Voluntary unpaid) teaching basic computing in a homeless person's drop in centre, also help out by escorting pensioners on mini bus trips 2 days per week.
When are the TV companies going to employ people that are capable of telling the time?
I can remember when ITV first started & a condition of their licence was that no more than 12 minutes of adverts were allowed in a one hour period.The programmes were always on time on both the BBC & ITV.

Ref my earlier question on this subject. It is now 3 MONTHS since I tried to set up a direct debit & despite several emails,letters and phone calls the idiots that BT are employing seem to be incapable of carrying out a simple task. does anyone know a contact number for the managing director of BT, if so could you please let me know as I intend to go to the engine driver & not the rag.thanks in anticipation of any help you can give.
