So, tomorrow is my last day working for this veterinary hospital as I ended up finding my dream job. Anyway, there is this woman that I always thought was cute and sweet but didn't really do anything about it because I don't want to date coworkers. In all honesty, I wasn't even thinking of her until today because she just found out I was quitting (I didn't tell very many people). She ran up to me today because she just learned of this news, she seemed sad but happy for me and the reason she was initially in a panic was because she thought she wouldn't be here for my last day. She also wanted to look at pictures of my new job, told her I can show her at the end of the day and so she did. All that being said, we don't usually talk to each other very much and thought it strange she took such an interest in my last day of work as well as talking to me about my new job. She is definitely not interested in my position because she is a higher level than I am.

Should I ask her out? Should I do it over text?

Before all this, I planned on writing to most of my coworker friends in a group chat about staying in touch, should I just include her in that and try to hangout with her more casually or should I just go for it?

One of my really bad personality traits is that I am a big over thinker. I also haven't been in a relationship in like 5 years as I decided to focus more on career for the time being, so very rusty at all of this. 

Any suggestions? (note, we are both in our mid 20s)..

Hi there, I was wondering if someone could recommend some hot sauces for me-whether they are available in store or online doesn't matter. I am pretty new to hot sauce in general but I know I prefer chili hot sauces-I do not like the taste of habaneros in basically anything. Taste is more important than heat, so mild/medium sauces prefered but will bare the heat if you really think it tastes good. I already know about heatonist.com so if you know of any other websites that would also be helpful.

Does anyone know of good online dog/puppy training courses? I planned on getting a professional trainer but with everything shutting down, I have not had much luck. Is there anything that you personally would recommend? I am wanting to at least teach the basics- sit, stay, come, drop it. To get along with my cat/not chase her. To get used to the leash (scared of leash). Help with resource guarding.

Is there any tips anyone can give me or point me in the right direction? I am still reaching out to professionals around my area but just looking at what options I can find, especially since i do not know how long I will be working. Thanks!

My dad ended up getting the Warsteiner Oktoberfest beer while we were at a German restaurant. I tried it as I usually do and for the first time ever, I really enjoyed it. I have only tried a few beers here and there and I have usually hated them all. The German restaurant imports them and I have had my own twice but everywhere else is sold out as I assume it's only sold during October. I really want to find something like it, I enjoyed it more than a little bit.

I am really struggling with my machine. I've actually had it for about two years but been pushing it off for a long time because I hate it. I have finally come to the point where it really is affecting my life and need to change. Does anyone have any advise for getting use to it or anything encouraging?

I have very severe sleep apnea and use the full face mask - finally got a more comfortable one but I find it hard to drift off to sleep. I just lay there with my eyes closed - super tired but nothing. And then if I do fall asleep, the next time I wake up, my mask is off on the floor.

I just took some sleeping medicine to drift off to sleep faster but know it will be off super fast. I am not aware when I take it off.

So this is my last week of work before I move out of state, two of my female coworkers (in their late 20s) are throwing me a little potlock and making me homemade food. What is something cheap and platonic between 10 to 20 dollars a piece that I can get them to say thanks.

I was originally going to get a nice meal for everyone but told then unexpected things came up and could no longer do so, they decided to make me something instead. I have a hard time letting others do something nice for me and was insistant on helping out but started thinking that was rude of me so instead I will get them a little gift but unsure what I should get because I don't really buy gifts for people outside of my friends and family.

Sorry that was a long story; I have anxiety and overthink things.

So, I was supposed to have a package delivered to me today that had to be signed for. I get a notifition (email and text) that it was delivered and signed for by "me." Just the first letter of my first name and then my full last name like so: B ***. 

I was at work all day today- still am and on break. 

They also left me a notice at the door saying they tried to deliver and rescheduled it for monday. If that is so, then I am happy but I am super confused at what is happening. 

Would USPS let somebody off the streets sign for a package? I would think that the signee would have to be living in my house, like someone opens the front door and signs for it. 

I tried to drive down to the post office during lunch but they closed at 2pm. I think it could be a mistake on their end saying it's delivered and hopefully I will see it monday. I just wanted someone's opinion on this.

So I am just starting to read for pleasure, mainly manga/american comics and light novels (emphasis on the latter) and I want to start branching out from my comfort zone. I've only read a few books: Lord of the Rings, Narnia, The Long Walk. 

I really like darker/psychological stories. Dialog/character driven, internal/interpersonal themes. Time manipulation stuff, dystopian futures, mystery, etc I also like modern settings but willing to read anything despite what time/era the book is taking place. 

I haven't read much of anything so any recommendations I get will be taken seriously. I would prefer lighter books with a couple hundred pages but will consider harder books if highly recommended.

Hi, I am wondering if there is a website out there that would let me see what manga and Light Novels that have been released in english and one's that are not yet released (physical copies, not digital)

It tells me what anime is currently being aired and ones that are to be coming out soon and a TBA section as well as archives all previous released anime.

I want something like that but for manga/light novels that have/are going to have a physical copy. I never cared for reading anything unless I can get a physical book of it.

I've never purchased cologne before. Where do you go to purchase it and can you smell it before hand (that's what I mean by "try")?

Can you also give suggestions? I don't want something overpowering, I'd rather it be so light that only my girlfriend would be able to smell it when we are really close. I'm not sure if that more has to do with how much I apply than the kind of cologne itself.

Price is also not a factor. So even if you suggest what you use would be helpful as well.

I am really serious about trying to get into shape. I am 5'10 and was at 270 pounds at the highest. I am now currently at 220 but want to be at 180. I am severely weak and get burnt out fast. I have tried several personal trainers at the same Gym that I've been going to the past several years. And as I told them, my biggest problem with working out is that I don't know what I am doing. I hired them to give me detailed day to day workout plans because I seriously lack knowlegde in this area, meaning I don't even know the common senses when it comes to working out. They never did anything about it and they switched trainers on me 4 times in a 6 month contract (I'm not the one who requested change, the first guy quit, the second guy dropped most his clients and the 3rd guy also quit and the 4th just stopped contacting me). I am also very self conscious when working out but mostly because I have no clue what I am doing and my personal trainers literally laughed at me because of this. I am fat, I didn't workout before so of course I don't know what I am doing.

Sorry for the long explanation but I am adamant that I want a change in lifestyle and the only reason I lost 50 pounds is because I changed how I ate; watched my carbs, stopped overeating and drink only water. I want to lose 40 pounds of fat, gain muscle and most importantly work on endurance, I can barely lift and I get winded so fast.

So can anyone give me either super detailed workout routines for both at home workouts.

Okay, so my girlfriend lives two hours away and we are very involved with each other. I have been contemplating on sending her some flowers just because I want to. The thing is, I haven't had the chance to give her flowers in person yet and am not sure if it would ruin the magic or spark (or whatever cheesy word you want to use) when I give her a rose for the first time. I will not send a rose - that's something I want to give in person for the first time.

So my question is I have not given her flowers yet - will sending her flowers to her house make it less of an experience for her when I do so in person for the first time? She has never gotten flowers, we are both adults but she is my first girlfriend so I have no prior experience with romance and really want my "firsts" to be really special - if that makes sense.

Is there anything else that will brighten her day up? I am probably thinking too much, I just woke up (at midnight) from a really sweet message from her and I want to do something special that she wouldn't expect.

I am trying to plan a day out with my girlfriend and she lives close to San Jose, so that's the closest city to take her to. I live two hours away and don't know San Jose, so if anyone can recommend fun things to do. All I know of is the Zoo, the Egyptian museum and Japantown. I am completely lost on what else this city has to offer.

So, if you had to plan a day, what would you do/recommend?

Can you recommend me some good programs for drawing and animation that have trials. Not looking for free programs (I asked another question for that). A friend of mine wants to get into animation and I want to help her out. Anything that allows her to draw and animate her drawing. I am clueless what to look for as I am not a artist. And if you could tell me why you're recommending it (though you don't have to).

Can you recommend some good free programs that allow you to draw and animate it looking for 2D and 3D programs - or one that does both. I know free programs can't do everything but just looking for something to start out.

This is for someone I know who wants to get into animation. She already has a drawing pad for the computer. So I know absolutely nothing about this at all and am completely clueless about what to look for.

I am also about to post another separate question for paid programs with free trials, if you can recommend any of those. And speak to me like I am 10 because again, I got no clue.

Okay, so I met this girl online and we have been talking for a little bit now. She is ready to meet in person, it is going to be on her birthday and very casual. Meaning, her friends are going to be there and I am bringing one of my friends. We are not meeting alone yet just to be cautious on both sides.

Anyway, I have never gotten a girl who I like and who likes me back a gift. Never had a girlfriend before at all. The only thing I can think of is a card. I just want to get something simple but thoughtful.
