  • Diificult work colleague?

I have a difficult work colleague - what to do? He`s lazy, clueless, arrogant - I could go on and on..

Put up with him, confront him, ignore him, get another job, wait for him to get one?

Have you been there - any advice on how to deal with him would be good. What`s worked for you?

    Thanks

  • When to sell shares? Need to maximise their value!?

Hi a question for all you financial experts out there..

I have a small number of shares - around 550 in standard life. I need to sell them sometime over the next two months to help fund a house purchase.

But when do I sell them to maximise their value? eg: is before or after the March budget a good time?

Or is there simply no way of knowing!

    Thanks

  • What to pay for a house?

Calling all house buyers/sellers! Your advice please.

We`ve seen a house we really like on the market for £169,950. It was bought for £150,000 in July 2010 as a new build in a nice area of Walsall.

We`ve offered £158,000 and had our offer declined.

The seller previously agreed and lost an offer of £162,000

How much should we offer now - we think as it`s only 18 months since it was built that it is way overpriced.

    Thanks

  • House prices - what should I offer?

Any Estate Agents or property gurus out there?

I`ve seen a house I like and want to buy. It was on the market last August for £149,950, it`s now been reduced (since January) to £139,950

Everyone says it`s a buyers market, so I`m unsure what I should offer and what price to settle on.

Your ideas and suggested figures please.

    Thanks
