I went solar and got installed a system that isn't sufficient for my house, what are my options as a consumer?

Last night i had a dream that i was in my kitchen getting something in the night and then i saw one of our red pans on the very edge of the counter, it looked like something invisible was pulling it and trying to make it fall so i went and moved the pan away and said sarcastically that who ever is doing this need to quit there **** and the next thing i know i get pulled up and I'm just hanging in the air, i don't know what's holding me up and i try to bang on the kitchen wall for help hoping to wake up my uncle in the living room, but no sound comes out (also my uncle that's sleeping in the living room doesn't live with us, he lives in a total different country with the rest of my mom's family) Idk if that makes a difference, but that's when i went to sleep paralysis, i know that i was laying in my bed, but something was holding me down, i couldn't move my hands and when i tried calling my mom to help, no voice came out, i was then throwing objects, but no noise? What was that

I got my first shot on july 1st, I was expecting my period on july 25th but didn't get none so I figured I'm probably one of those girls that don't get a period at all on the shot, but on august 10th I had some spotting and the next day I would bleed but very tiny bit, but now on the third day its way more, its not like a normal period but its there, sooo is that normal? I know my nurse/doctor should have explained this to me and she did, but I didn't pay attention idk why, or maybe I just forgot, so do I have anything to worry about? Can I still have unprotected sex?? Is the shot still working or what?
