I live in New England so I need some good snow/rain boots that are not only comfortable but will also keep my feet warm and dry. I bought north face snow boots at the end of last winter and I’m now just wearing them and they are comfortable but my toes freeze in them. Anyone have any suggestions, anything but hunter boots. I’m not a fan they are very uncomfortable and stuff. 

So I’m a nanny and was wondering if I should give an Xmas gift to the parents of the kids I watch. I’ve done it in the past with different parents and it stresses me out cause I never know what to get but I’ve heard ppl say you don’t give your employer an Xmas gift. What has other nanny’s done for Xmas gifts for the parents. I always just stuck with a framed picture of the kids that I took and then a restaurant gift card. 

Does anyone tip the workers who bring out your groceries or food to your car? When I order out and it’s at a place that does curbside pickup like chili’s/outback/99restaurant, I will throw them a few $$$. Obviously when I go out to eat I tip 20% but what do you tip when you do curbside pickup? Same with Walmart and target who do the curbside pickup. I’ve never done curbside pickup with them because I don’t know if you’re suppose to tip, I always just go in to get my order. I talked about it with my hairdresser and she said she never even thought about tipping them. 

Just got a peloton bike and I want to cast the bike screen to my TV so I don’t have to try and get the TV peloton app and the bike screen to line up and play at the same time. I got a new TV to do the casting and of course I didn’t get the right TV. I got a tcl class 4 series 4 4K uhd hdr smart android TV. I thought Bc it said smart TV with built in chrome cast that it would work but can’t figure it out. So I got the Amazon fire stick  4k and it worked a few times but it was delayed on the tv by 2 secs. And now all of a sudden it won’t cast the screen to the fire stick. The fire stick will show up on the peloton and connect for 5 seconds and then disconnect and then the peloton freezes.  What am I doing wrong and what do I need to do to cast the peloton screen??? Please help

I have free coffee rewards for Dunkin’ Donuts and I thought I would use them to try out some different drinks from there. I’ve seen a lot of the Starbucks drinks to try on TikTok but $7 a drink is ridiculous.  Does anyone have any that they’ve tried before at Dunkin that I should try? So far Ive tried a frozen hazelnut coffee with mocha swirl and whip cream but it wasn’t great. 

I’m a nanny and always have a hard time at Xmas time. I have no problem figuring out what to get the kids for Xmas since shopping for kids is so easy. But when it comes to getting gifts for the kids parents I can’t think of anything and end up getting stressed out. I’m good with a camera and usually will do some type of picture of the kids for the parents but I have a hard time thinking of what else I can get them. In the past I’ve done the pictures and then throw in a gift card to restaurant, scratch tickets, or a yeti. Also what is a good amount to spend on the parents?  I spend about $50 each on the kids. 

I just started a new nanny position this September so I’m still getting to know the parents. So far I know they both like to drink red wine and the mom loves her coffee and tea, lol. Any ideas????

So I just got a peloton bike and I like to take the boot camp classes so I like to use the peloton bike for the bike part and the tv for the floor exercises. The tv I had was from about 2010 so it was out dated and would not work with the cast screen option on the bike. I bought a tcl class 4 series 4K UHD HDR smart android tv and thought it would work with the peloton since the tv said it has built in chrome cast but I cannot figure out how to connect the two. Idk if the tv is not compatible with the bike or if I’m doing something wrong. Anyone with a peloton bike that has had successful cast screening know what I’m doing wrong?
