It is not insured - what's the best way to get a low cost replacement? I am on the o2 network

    Three options: Call O2 and sign up for insurance. Leave it a week then make a claim.

    and try and fit it yourself

    Good luck, I learned a long time ago, insurance is a must. Funny though, I just accidently dropped my Samsung A920 over the balcony. The flip part, broke, I hope my insurance will cover it, but then, when my little boy threw my phone out the car window a few years ago, the company I was with then replaced my phone.
