Is she right to be narked? Or am I wrong to be trying to move on?

Question

I spent 6 months getting to know a girl only to be given the brush off and to be told by her that she is too busy to see me in the next few weeks. I think it is time to move on - she has made her lack of interest quite clear. However she claims to be narked that I was seen talking to another girl the night before - this after she claimed to have no time to see me, but has met up for evenings out with my friends. I think I should just move on, and enjoy myself with this new girl, and see if she (the one who claims to be too busy) bats an eyelid.

She said that she was not interested in a relationship, so why should I hang around and wait until she is...

She is just trying to see how long she can string you along.  DO NOT GIVE HER ATTENTION!!!  

DON'T wait to see if she bats an eyelid, rest assured she will.  She is craving the attention she can command out of you, it is an ego high for her.  So when you stop giving her this attention, she'll do what it takes to get that ego high and then move on.  This girl does not like you.

You sound smart enough to realize that you should move on and that she is bad news.  You're a nice guy, put that attention into someone who deserves it.

If she says she isnt interested in a relationship, and she gets upset seeing you around other women, then dont bother listening to what she tries to tell you to do with your life. You have the right to be in a relationship, and she has the right to stop trying to keep a leash around your neck if she isnt interested in you. Can you say control freak?

well if she said she doesnt have time so see you but shes meeting up with your friends then maybe she IS just brushing you off and you should just take that as clue.if she wants to be like that then just move on. see what she has to say when you're gone and thats when she realizes she made a mistake..or not(^_^)

don't wait around...she's screwing with you.  It's not worth your time or effort.  My guess is she likes the attention you give her but doesn't want anything else.
Find a girl who digs you for you and isn't so high maintenance
