I have been getting the same three e-mails over and over since yesterday. How can I fix it?

Update:

They are not junk mail. Something is wrong and they are blocking any new mail

Update 2:

Message says error OX800CCC90 your incoming (POP3) e-mail service has reported an internal error. If you continue blah blah... The server responded

    1. If you have an online access to your email check to make sure they are deleted from the incoming mailbox.

    2. Block the address

    3. Report them as spam

    4. Make sure you are set to download messages from the server instead of leaving them on.

  • Put a block on them.
