How can I watch the FA Cup Final in China?

I'm currently working in China, and can't find if the national or local TV stations are intending to carry Saturday's FA Cup final (Not too unrealistic, there is a lot of foreign sport shown here).

However, given the 8-hour time lag, and the fact I don't live in an area where I can get foreign cable or satellite shows I'm not sure the best way to catch this. I'd like to avoid streaming video over the internet if possible.

(I'm in the city of Shenyang, by the way)

Update:

Sattelites don't work where the receiver can't see them. They also don't work in China as you need a special licence to have a satellite receiving signals from 'Foreign' TV stations. Hence why I can't get cable or satellite, as mentioned in the question.
